Reasonably spacious hotel with exceptionally nice location close to bus stops for different bus routes, a beautiful area and Vancouver. Beautiful king room, comfortable beds. Helpful and amiable staff, easy check in.

I stayed here for 2 days and will come back. I was happy with hotel's nice location in a pretty neighbourhood. The staff were helpful and friendly all of the time. The room was large and cozy with smoke detectors for safety measures, and a dining area, a seating area, and a work desk.

Everything was simply great. Liked central heating, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator in the room. Helpful staff created a quiet atmosphere.

The location was marvellous for exploring this nice enough area, right by bus stops for different bus routes. The staff were amiable and always had a smile. Thoroughly enjoyed a refrigerator, coffee and tea making facilities, and a dining area in the room.

I had a lovely stay at Cozy Dunbar 3 Beds Home W/ Views. The house itself was beautiful, with nice furniture and it was very well equipped. The room I stayed in had a comfortable bed, which was a relief after a month of traveling and staying in motels. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was clean. I also appreciated the air conditioning in the room, especially since the weather was hot during my visit. The self check-in/check-out process was smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. I felt comfortable and at home during my stay.

While I had a great experience overall, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The shared bathroom, although not a problem for me, could be a little inconvenient at times.

The air conditioning in the room was a bonus, especially during hot weather. I had a stress-free experience and would recommend this place.

While there were a few steps to climb both outside and inside the house, the cleaner was kind enough to help me with my luggage. Additionally, there was another guest who behaved rudely and made inappropriate accusations, which made me uneasy.

One negative aspect mentioned by a previous guest was the lack of a small garbage bin or tissue box in the room.
